Introduction to Machine Learning
Machine learning एक ऐसी technology है जिसमें हम computer को data से सीखने और improve करने की ability देते हैं, जैसे की हम YouTube पर video देखते हैं तो एक ही type के video देखने के बाद हमें YouTube इसी type का video suggest करने लगता है क्योंकि YouTube में कोई rule नहीं set किया गया है कि user को किस type का video दिखाना है बल्कि उसे machine learning के through आजादी दी गई है कि वह user से data ले और उसे analyze करके user को video recommend करें मतलब हम machine learning में computer को data देते हैं और computer उस data के pattern से decision लेता है। यह Artificial Intelligence का एक important हिस्सा है.
Basic Concepts of Machine Learning
Data : data, machine learning का foundation है data किसी form ( structure or unstructure ) हो सकता है।
Feature : feature input variables होते हैं जो model को predict करने में help करते हैं, जैसे हमें car के price का prediction करना है तो उसके feature हो सकते हैं car का size , car की speed, etc
Model : mode एक mathematical representation होता है जो data से pattern और relationship को सीखना है।
Training : जब model data से relationship and pattern को सिखाता है तो इस process को training कहा जाता है।
Tasting and Validation : training के बाद model को unseen data देकर test किया जाता है, जिससे पता चले की model कैसा perform कर रहा है।
Supervised Learning : supervised learning में model को labeled data ( input and output data pairs ) दिए जाते हैं।
Unsupervised Learning : इसमें model को unlabeled data दिया जाता है और machine learning खुद pattern & grouping ढूंढता है।
Reinforcement Learning : जब model एक environment के साथ interact करता है और reward के through सीखना है तो इसे Reinforcement Learning कहा जाता है
Overfitting : जब हमारा model , training data को इतना अच्छे से सीख लेता है कि वह noise को भी include कर लेता है तब वह नए data पर batter perform नहीं कर पाता इसे overfitting करते हैं।
Underfitting : जब model हमारा इतना simple होता है कि वह data के pattern को भी समझ नहीं पता तो इसे underfitting करते हैं।
Evaluation metrics : evaluation metrics का use model के performance को measure करने के लिए किया जाता है।
Workframes and Tools
- Machine learning सीखने के लिए हमें python और R जैसी programming language आना चाहिए, इसी के साथ इनको कुछ library जैसे Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, aur PyTorch आना चाहिए।
- हमें machine learning के लिए स्statistics भी अच्छे से आना चाहिए ताकि data analyze कर सके।
- और coding के लिए हम jupyter notebook का use करते हैं.
Applications of Machine Learning
क्योंकि machine learning AI का पार्ट है, इसीलिए machine learning का use हर जगह हो रहा है, फिर चाहे वह health care हो finance , retail , transportation मे self driving cars, etc लगभग हर sector में machine learning का use हो रहा है। आज की advanced technology machine learning के बिना possible नहीं है।
